1. Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions:
- “Agreement,” “Terms and Conditions,” or “Terms” refer to this agreement between Physics Pathway and the User.
- “Course” or “Physics Pathway Course” means the online learning courses offered by Physics Pathway.
- “Parent” refers to a User linked to a Student who may act as a Payee.
- “Payee” refers to a User who pays for services on behalf of themselves (as a Student) or a Student.
- “Student” refers to the User enrolled in a Physics Pathway Course.
- “Physics Pathway,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Physics Pathway Limited.
- “User,” “you,” and “your” refer to anyone utilising the Physics Pathway platform, including Students and Parents.

2. Enrolling in a Course

2.1. By enrolling in a Course, the User confirms they have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement.
2.2. If the Prospective Student is under 18, parental or guardian consent is required. The Parent or Guardian agrees to these Terms when enrolling on behalf of a Student.
2.3. Physics Pathway reserves the right to terminate enrolment if false or misleading information is provided during registration.
2.4. The User must ensure that login details remain secure. Any unauthorised use of an account is the responsibility of the User.

3. Prices and Payments

3.1. Prices are accurate at the time of publication but may change.
3.2 Upon the Effective Date of this Agreement, Client shall pay to Company a fee for the Services in full or instalments spaced by 30 calendar days, agreed upon during the initial discovery call.
3.3. Refunds for cancellations are governed by Section 6. Users must ensure payments are made promptly to maintain access to services.

4. Using Physics Pathway Services

4.1. Courses are intended for individual use by the enrolled Student and cannot be shared.
4.2. Inactivity may impact progress tracking but will not terminate access unless specified.
4.3. Users are responsible for maintaining up-to-date software and internet connectivity.
4.4. Physics Pathway reserves the right to update course content in line with curriculum changes or service improvements. Updates may not be provided free of charge for previous enrolments.
4.5. Physics Pathway aims to assist students in improving their performance and expects students to improve by at least one grade when fully engaging with our courses. However, no specific outcomes (e.g., achieving A*) are guaranteed:

·   Success depends on the student’s honesty, effort, and adherence to the programme.

·   Physics Pathway cannot promise or guarantee any specific results from our ideas, strategies, or programmes.

·   Any examples of past results or projections shown on our website, social media, emails, or other materials are for illustrative purposes only and should not be taken as a guarantee of future outcomes.

·   The effectiveness of our services depends on the individual application of the resources and strategies provided. Users are responsible for their own academic outcomes.

5. Privacy and Data Handling

5.1. Physics Pathway complies with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK GDPR. Personal information is processed as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
5.2. Users have the right to request access to their data or to request corrections or deletions where applicable. Physics Pathway will review all such requests in accordance with its obligations under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Users will be notified of the outcome of their request and provided with reasons where applicable.
5.3. Data is not sold to third parties and is used solely for service provision and improvements.
5.4. By signing up to Physics Pathway, you acknowledge that some services provided by Physics Pathway Limited may involve the use of third-party platforms, such as Zoom, Google, Circle.so, etc. By using these services, you agree to their respective privacy policies. Physics Pathway takes reasonable steps to ensure that these third parties comply with their obligations under the UK GDPR. However, we recommend that users review the privacy policies of these platforms to understand how their personal data may be processed.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1. Refunds for live courses are available within 14 days of purchase or course start, whichever is later.

6.3. In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, Users who access digital content provided by Physics Pathway, including logging into third-party platforms such as Circle.so, waive their 14-day right to cancel. By accessing any part of the course content, the User acknowledges and agrees that their right to cancel the purchase of the digital content is forfeited. Users who do not wish to waive their cancellation rights must contact us immediately and refrain from accessing the platform or content.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All content on Physics Pathway is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without permission.
7.2. By submitting User Material, Users grant Physics Pathway the right to use, modify, and distribute such material for service-related purposes.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in English courts.
